We are creating instances of large financial reports and pointing the dashboard links to the latest instance of the report and getting the following error:
com.crystaldecisions.report.web.viewer.CrystalReportViewer
Error in file d:\LawsonDocuments\{74611693-5D8F-4A43-A680-65960C5F0859}.rpt:The request could not be submitted for background processing.
Does anyone have any idea???
Thanks

What database providers/drivers are you using in the report to access the data?
Are their subreports in the reports?
You may need to install some Crystal patches on the LRS server; this seems to be a fairly common issue with Crystal (if you search on "The request could not be submitted for background processing." on the Business Object's knowledge base on support.businessobjects.com, you'll get quite a few hits, most of which recommend installing the latest service packs, fixes, etc.
