LBI includes:
- ProcessFlow (which you say you already have/use)
- SmartNotifications (identify and notifiy users of particular changes in data/trends)
- Reporting Services (Lawson's implementation of Crystal server)
- Lawson OLEDB provider (slower but than your native database provider, but uses Lawson security and understands Lawson's database structure; also reprocessing/bursting of Lawson standard reports)
- Scorecard implementation using Microsoft OLAP Services

John - would like to stretch this thread a little on your comment of LBI includes process flow. PF is actually delivered as part of the core technology. I know there is a lot of overlap in terms of functionality between LBI and PF, especially in the area of notifications. But I've heard a lot of comments over the years about PF/PFI being "part of" LBI.

ProcessFlow Standard is part of the core/LSFCT.

ProcessFlow Integrator is what is bundled with LBI.
