The person who created and published many of our LBI reports has left and she is the report owner on many of our LBI reports. Is there an easy way to get a list of all of the reports she owns and do a mass reassignment to another owner rather then haveing to reassign the owner one report at a time.

The good news is that yes, you can get a listing. The bad news is there is no way to do a mass reassignment in Reporting Services. This functionality does exist in SmartNotifications and Framework Services but for some reason was left out of RS.

To get the listing:
>go to your Tools dashboard and click on the Reporting Services Administration link
>When the new window opens click "Maintain Reports"
>At the top in the center of the page you should see "User, Role or Group" followed by you login name and a user icon
>Select the user icon and select the name of the person whos reports you want to see and click Ok

At this point you should have a listing of all of thier reports. You will now have to go in to each report and Reassign the report. This can be done on the default page that opens up when you click Details of any report.
