Scheduling a Group of Reports

unfortunately this is a major downfall of the Reporting Services feature. Scheduling is lacking in many ways including batch scheduling and managing large numbers of schedules. Unless you want to get fancy with SQL updates directly to the database that holds all the scheduler info, your only choice is to do one-at-a-time changes.

There are many Crystal standalone schedulers that have some pretty robust features that you can look into including, i believe, that is sold by Decision Analytics.
