We have a crystal bursting to hundreds of users every month. It worked before we upgraded to LBI 9.0.4.2.79 and CRAS 12.3.0.61. Now report bursting was crashed and user got pdf file unopenable. The error is "The maximum report processing jobs limit configured by your system administrator has been reached." It looks like LBI just overloaded CRAS server when brusting rendering report.Google the whole internet universe and change PrintJoblimit in registry, no luck so far. Any help appreciated.

Go to your RAS server.. (*You mentioned that you upgraded this as well - any customized settings you had in your old version would have got overwritten.)
Open Central Config Manager
Stop the Report Application Server
Select Properties
Go to Parameters tab
Select Server from drop-down
Make your 'Jobs limited to:' option larger, or select 'Unlimited Jobs'.
Restart Report Application Server

Did you then reschedule and resend the reports? If no, then try that. Once the reports are created/sent they are somewhat static and once they won't display... they never will.
