We are trying to run Tomcat in our production LBI instance.
In conjunction with this, we have all of our users connecting via Citrix sessions to Lawson Portal where the LBI loads as their home page.

Is it possible that Tomcat perceives all of these connection requests coming from the same source IP address as a DoS attack?

Yes, I know Lawson isn't certified on Citrix, but that is a strategic initiative here at the non-profit hospital that I work at.

Also, does anyone else have Tomcat in their production LBI servlet server?

Opinions? Thoughts?

We've got Tomcat running at multiple clients on Tomcat. dIts not recommende and it wasnt until one of the 9.0.2 patches that Lawson officially stated they dont support it in production. Your user loud, authentication source and how heavily youre using SN will determine whether you can get away with it. Personally I prefer WebSphere just for the log files, you actually get to see date/time stamps.
