Header row not lining up in SN email

I am trying to send a simple email with changes/deletes.

I have the process working now but for some reason even when I am not using a Template I am still seeing the data come over in a table that does not have header/data lining up. When I send the email as plain text, I can see the html tags....how do I just get the header and data in alignment in an email?

Do you have other notifications that work fine? If so, are you using the same template? I have never liked the standard template so we have a bunch of custom email templates that we use for different types of notifications.
