Smart Note Not Tripped Error

When in the Smart Notification "Notifications" tab, I have 3 Smart Notes with a "Not tripped" message under the value tab. Has anyone ever encountered this before and if so, what did you do to resolve it? Thanks

that means youve defined the notification to deliver when a specific condition is "tripped" and that condition has not been met since the last time the infoset(s) were updated.

Thanks Matthew. Will the note ALWAYS say not tripped or does it go into another state at some point? Every time I go out to see its status, all I see is "Not Tripped" but we are quite sure it's running OK.

well, i suppose if you arent using cached infoset it would never change but other than that it should display according to the last time the infoset was updated and processed.
