Hello,
We have started experiencing a fault with Mobility when receiving DO's. It is not displaying all the lines in a Package that need to be received against a DO #. However, if we go in via the Smart Office client and MWS444, we can see the lines against the package and receive them this way. However, in the warehouse this is not practical and Mobility should be displaying them correctly.
Nothing has changed i.e. fixes\patches so I'm not sure why his has started happening. Also if I run a query against MHDISH and MHDISL tables, I can see the records with no difference between them (except order number).
Just to summarise:
- Same DO #
- Same Package #
- Two different Order #'s
-Mobility only displaying one order for the package, not both
Any ideas?
Regards,
Michael
PS. We are using Lawson 7.1
