I have looked in the following tables w/no luck:

COMMCODES
POCLINE
ITEMMAST
POLINE

Any idea where else Commodity Code might be?

SchemaSpy is a tool to see tables and relationships.

I was told it took Strategic Sourcing or Contract Management modules to write to it - the AMASTITEM was just the "holding" side of it though.

It is possible I was misled so I'd be interested to hear if you find it.

Are you talking about the commodity code that is part of the UNSPSC information? That information displays on the IC11 and is stored in the ICITEMCODE table.

My understanding is that this is fed from Contract Mgmt and can't be loaded except through there.

We've been able to do an direct upload with this information (loading the table and then loading the values onto IC11).  However, we don't have Contract Management, so i fyou do, you may different limitations.
