Is there an easy way to collect the Comments housed in PO20? Are they housed in a Lawson table?

It depends on what folder the comments are being created in and whether they were created on the header or the line level.

For comments to print on the purchase order on the header - it is under table L_HPCR, and you will need to link the L_INDEX to the PURCHORDER table.
