Hi, has anyone customized the pick tickets? If you have, what are the issues you run into?
What was the cost?
Do upgrades overwrite these changes?
Thanks for any input - thoughts.

We used our Business Reporting to grab the WH130 with a specific name for our document services. The BI then creates a report that prints and Lawson does not. When we upgrade, we have to test it, but the "dot" version upgrades tend not to do anything. when we went from 8 to 9 something changed names, but other than than, no issues with upgrades.
We more typically run into issues with the server folder disappearing or being renamed by IT trying to do something else.

By creating this customized pick, you still show the items as allocated and picks need to be acknowledged?

As I said, it's only for our Document Services, so they not a prime example - they are making the forms which have a soh of 999999999 etc and they are all no charge - so the allocation isn't a concern. But our BI team didn't change any Lawson values - they are grabbing the report between Lawson and the printer and just altering the format. All Lawson data remains.
It's definitely the WH190 that is closing the pick. I just ordered a pack of forms and can see the allocation. It will close itself out in about an hour when the WH190 runs for them.
