My director wants to implement an Inventory Forecast process for our perpetual inventory location.

If anyone currently follows a process they would like to share or can offer me some direction, I would be most grateful!

He also wants to possibly use MSCM to support our periodic inventory locations.

If anyone is using MSCM for that, I'd like to know how to go about it.
