logging in to MSCM

We have upgraded to MSCM 10.1.5.2 and after this we are unable to login using the MSCMADMIN.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

981] ERROR [com.lawson.mscm.platform.auth.AuthenticationFilter] User mscmadmin is not a valid user!
this is the error I'm getting.

check, make sure your schedule is running. tail -f mscm_server.log, and look for DELTA Calculation completion...
also
dump users table into CSV file, and see status of that user (MSCMADMIN) ?
also
check your login/pwd in mscm.filter.properties by comparing ./password.sh
