MSCM Dolphin 9700

We are looking to upgrade and expand our use of MSCM.
We currently use old Symbol hand-held devices for approximately 10 users.  We are considering the dolphin 9700 handhelds when we expand to 85 users.

Anybody have experience with these Dolphin devices?  We will be testing a couple on our current setup.

Can't speak to the 9700 handhelds exactly but we upgraded from the old Symbol handhelds to Dolphin 9500 units in 2006 when we implemented MSCM. They were glitchy in my opinion. They locked up frequently and lost their program settings. In the last year we swapped the Dolphins out for Motorola MC75 handhelds and have had very few problems. And truth is I think the majority of those were user error.
