PO25 adding PO trailer record for terms/conditions

Has anyone been able to add a trailer record to print from PO25/PO229 ? I am able to add a comment which prints in the middle of the purchase order, but I need to have it to print as a trailer record on the purchase order. We have it set up like this on PO20. Lawson said there is not a way to do this currently, so that I would ask here. Thanks

Can you elaborate on what kind of comments you are looking at put at the end of the purchase order? Also, if this is for ALL orders or if there is a specific criteria?

Generally speaking, you can add trailing comments in the PO120 (for print and fax jobs). Based on your answer to the second question above, you create specific jobs to accomodate when you do and do not send these comments. We have also configured the Fax Integrator to print terms and conditions on certain outbound transmissions (not entirely recommended).

On the PO25 Vendor Agreement a PO is issued, it actually is not being sent to the vendor when released like on PO20, but our compliance office would like for the terms/conditions (big paragraph) to be printed on a Vendor Agreement PO if we should have to fax them a copy of the Vendor agreements. I see where you can print comments on the Vendor Agreements, but not a trailer comment code like on PO20 screen. Vendor Agreements are not faxed, etc as PO20 PO as done. This is just when the issue arising and a vendor will need a copy of the vendor agreement.
