Is there a specific table that PO54.1 is related to?
We are in the process of an item master data cleanse and I'm being asked for the vendors that items are primarily purchased from.
I'm not sure how to go about pulling that specific data or what tables to pull in.

PO54 references many tables, but pulling from PURCHORDER (PO date and vendor) and POLINE is probably enough for what you are looking for data wise.
