Total number of PO Lines By Vendor

PO54 will sum it up at the top of the inquire result - PO Count, Line Count and Extended Totals.

You can run your query by the PO header records for their vendor and the lines total there.

Hey David - not sure exactly what you mean. When I query the PURCHORDER table using VENDOR and NBR-LINES, I sort of get what I want but it still separates it out by PO, so I get a ton of rows instead of just one line per vendor and their total PO lines.

 

@Kat - PO54 has exactly what I want, except I'd like it to be exported to Excel with every single vendor and their aggregate line totals.

If you have Crystal use David's method. Query PURCHORDER and group by vendor. Add a summation for NBR-LINES to the group. Then you can export that to Excel.
