Administration tools-missing mashup designer

I setup 2 users for SmartOffice Adminstration tools. They are missing Mashup Designer in test, but we have it in PROD. We have a Lawson consultant installed SO so have no idea if something is missing.

It's more than likely one of the following:

1. MUD is not installed
2. MUD is not enabled within the Profile you're using

Actually, for some reason when we applied a hotfix and ended up reinstalling LSO Grid, somehow it was unnstalled. So I ended up reinstalling Lawson enterprise Mashup Designer and also enable the within the profile as suggested by pvdlawson. Thank you, pvdlawson!
