hello, one of my users is having issues with Mashup designer and contacted Lawson support. So I am trying to apply hotfixes and I have retrieved PP_FIX and external fixes. I really don't know what is the difference between these two fixes, but last time I applied it, upgraded to version 10.0.5.4.10 and got so many issues with exporting/importing and signing the installation tool. I am confused as to whether I need to do an export/import every time I apply a hotfix?

Hi,
If the hotfix contains the Mashup designer only then you don't need to sign the installation point.
But if there are two fixes and one is for the Smart Office then you need to sign again because the binaries for the installation point has changed.

I'm traveling so I can't check the details of fixes for the version you mentioned.
