Print Manager Distribution Groups

Our distribution groups are working fine in Portal.  Reports are run and get distributed to users and are available to view in their print managers.

However, these reports do not show up in their print manager in Smart Office. 

As a superuser/admin in Smart Office, I can go into Print Manager and filter by Report Owner for User A, and see the report sent by User B.  However, User A cannot see that report in their own Print Manager in Smart Office..


Any thoughts?

I received this info from Lawson support:

JT-360319 (LSF fix) will address the problem that you have reported. This JT addresses the issue of: 'isBatchUserSecured operation should not require that user is officer/class supervisor for distributed reports in LSO'.
Prior to the JT, the user receiving the distributed report had to be an office/class supervisor.


We implemented this last night, looks like it is working so far. The only issue now is that the distributed files cannot be printed.
