How to get to Mashup Designer

We just had LPS install Lawson Smart Office 10.0.4.38 and I'm trying to get to Mashup Designer. I download the Release Notes but didn't see instructions there. Thanks.

Mashup is a separate install, after it is installed you should be able to access it by using designer://mashup/
