Mobile Employee 9.1

We are Env and Apps 9.1 and my manager asked that I try installing Mobile Employee 9.1 for use on the iphone. I was able to successfully install on our DEV system, but have some security concerns/questions. We are still on LAUA and also use Employee Manager Self Service company wide. When my manager first went in, the only employees he could see were his own. He wanted to see all them because he wanted to beta this as something to be used like an "employee directory". The only way I was able to get him to see everyone was to change his access flag in lawson security RM to Y. Next, every employee's home address shows on the screen in this application which would not be acceptable. I opened a ticket with infor and they told me I would have to go into LAUA and secure down the employee table for all the classes as to what people could and could not see. The problem I see with doing that is I will affect what theyare able to do in Employee Self Service - update address, etc.

Has anyone else out there used this application and if so how have you secured it? Any suggestions or assistance would be much appreciated.

We have recently rolled out Mobile Employee to all employees.
The App will use Lawson Security.

We had to Migrate to LS to secure that Employee Directory.
Laua is to wide open and will take a lot to secure.

We built an ESSRole (As well as an MSSRole)
This secured the user to their own information.
Managers will see their Direct reports in that Employee Directory.

We built LS Roles for Lawson Users. (They can do their work in Portal and they still have a separate sign on for LID.)
If a User Role has access to all employees.. (i.e. Payroll or HR) They will see everything in Employee Directory.
Like Addresses. (But no Salaries.)

Can anyone elaborate on what functions are available in the mobile version of EMSS? The last time we looked at this a few years back it was very limited. Also, is there any ability to use custom menu options or modify existing menu options in the mobile version? For instance we currently have some user defined menu items in EMSS that pass tokens to certain third party sites to link out and emulate single sign on. We are running LSF 9.019 and LAUA security on Windows platform bound to AD. Thanks.
