addin upload error

User is getting FATAL ERROR when trying to upload file to BN31.1
"Incident_Id#1321623691888-0000 An error occured outside of IOS while accessing Lawson Security

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Lynda

Can the user access the BN31 form in Portal and perform the action they're trying to perform with MS AddIns? If not, it's a security issue.

In addition you could test to see if it is the users PC/ addin install. Do they have issues with other uploads or just this one?

If others can use that upload template to change data it has to be either the PC/add in connection or the security.
