Missing MAP COLUMNS in Upload Wizard

Periodically, when I log into my Lawson Upload Wizard the MAP COLUMNS piece is blank that allows me to select the service and screens. Each time I need to build a new upload, I have to have my add-ins repaired. Is this a common issue? Is there a more permanent "fix" available?

We had experienced this issue of occasional missing product lines for a few years. And we had to run the install and repair also to get them to reappear. But since we installed version 10.0.4.79 in June it hasn't happened. Hoping it's finally fixed.
