MS Addins and Environment Form Ids

I am in the planning stages for installing MS Addins and setting up LAUA security accordingly.

According to the "Lawson Administration: LAUA Security", page 25, step 5, the security class for the users who will use the Addins must not include access to environment forms.

Why is it necessary to NOT include access to environment forms for Addins users?
