PO25.6 Line cost changes with add-ins

We have an existing PO25 vendor agreement with many lines on it and we want to change the cost of certain lines/items. We are trying to use add-ins, but I just can not figure out the correct steps/fields to use to change only certain lines. Does anyone have instructions?

Dave,

I think what you're missing is the sort option (_f6) and you'll the have to have something like Line number. Here's my simple upload for No-cost items: (This is for Version 10+)

A - _f2 PVN-Procurement-group
B- _f8, PVN-Ven-Agrmt-Ref
C- _f6, Sort-Option
D- _f14, PT-PVN-ITEM
E- _f15, PT-PVN-LINE-NBR
F- _f24, 0:Line-FC1
G- _f27:0, PVN-Item1
H- _f28:0, PVN-BASE-COST1
I- _f32:0, PVN-COST-OPTION1 (this is the no-charge part)

To just change the cost, we just map
_f2 PVN-Procurement-group
_f8, PVN-Ven-Agrmt-Ref
_f14, PT-PVN-ITEM OR _f15, PT-PVN-LINE-NBR --- you pick one or the other not both.
_f24, 0:Line-FC1 C for change
_f28:0, PVN-BASE-COST1

upload as change only.

I'm trying to do something similar. I'm adding lines to my agreement. Then, when I try to use an add-ins upload and FC of "R" for Release Hold on the line, I get a Change Complete, but the line is still on hold.
Any ideas?
I have:
f2, PVN-Procurement-group
f8, PVN-Ven-Agrmt-Ref
f15, PT-PVN-LINE-NBR
f24:0, Line-FC1

That should work. All I can say is double check your field/column mapping and make sure the agreement is not on hold at the header level.
