Physical Inven Freeze Record
ICFREEZE records contain detailed information of the item stock-on-hand
quantity. ICFREEZE is the control record for the physical inventory counting
process.

Element: Company Identifies the AP company if the
resource type = V. Identifies the HR
company if the resource type = E. It is
blank for type A, P or Q resources.

Element: Select Id This field is user-defined and
identifies groups of items and item
selection criteria for physical
inventory counts. This field can be used
cyclically.

Element: Page This field contains the page number for
a count sheet.
ICF-LINE Numeric 2
Element: Line This field contains a line number for
an item on a count sheet.
ICF-LOCATION Alpha 5
Element: Location This field contains the valid location
defined in IC02.1 (Location).
ICF-BIN-GROUP Alpha 7
Element: Bin Group This field contains the group of bins
defined in IC15.3 (Bin Groups). Bins
are set up in IC15.2 (Bins) and assigned
to items set up for bin tracking in
IC12.1 (Item Location) or IC10.2 (Item
Master and Location).

Element: Bin This field contains a storage area for
an item or any number of items.

Element: Item This field contains an item number
identified for physical inventory count
by a select ID.

Element: Uom This field contains the stock unit of
measure defined for the item in Item
Master (IC11.1).

Element: Serial This field contains the item's lot,
sublot, or serial number, depending on
whether the item is set up for lot or
serial number tracking in IC11.1 (Item
Master).

Element: Uom This field contains a valid unit of
measure for the item quantity.
ICF-FREEZE-QTY Signed 13.4
Element: Freeze Qty This field contains the stock-on-hand
quantity when the item was selected in
IC170 (Freeze Selected Items). This
number is automatically assigned.
ICF-COUNT-QTY Signed 13.4
Element: Quantity This field contains the count of the
actual physical inventory based on the
item's stock unit of measure.
ICF-UNIT-COST Signed 18.5
Element: Intl Cost This field contains the unit cost
defined for the item.
ICF-SECONDARY-QTY Signed 13.4
Element: Secondary Qty For catch weight items, this field
contains the item's secondary unit of
measure quantity when selected in IC170
(Freeze Selected Items). This quantity
is for reference purposes only.
ICF-SEC-COUNT-QTY Signed 13.4
Element: Sec Count Qty This field contains the actual physical
inventory count based on the item's
secondary unit of measure.
ICF-SEC-UOM Alpha 4
Element: Uom For catch weight items, this is the
secondary unit of measure defined in
Item Master (IC11.1).

Element: Uom Mult For catch weight items, this field
contains the secondary unit of measure
multiplier. It is used to convert the
stock-on-hand quantity to the secondary
quantity or visa versa.
ICF-REASON-CODE Alpha 4
Element: Reason Code This field contains a reason code used
to explain variances found between the
system count and actual physical
inventory count. This reason code is
defined in IC17.1 (Reason Codes).
ICF-MOVEX-CLASS Alpha 1
Element: Movex Class This field contains the movement class
code (1, 2 or 3) defined for the item in
IC12.1 (Item Location) or IC10.2 (Item
Master and Location).
1 = Class 1
2 = Class 2
3 = Class 3
X = Special Cycle Count
ICF-STATUS Numeric 1
Element: Status This field contains the current
processing status.
0 = Freeze Record Not Responded To
1 = Count Entered
ICF-OPERATOR-ID Alpha 10
Element: Operator This field contains the terminal sign
on identifier when the count quantity
was entered.
