Multiple users in AM system?

We would like to have multiple individuals creating asset's at the same time. Our current process starts in the AC system, by doing the following: AC10.1, AC10.3, AC169, AC160. We then go over to the AM system and do the following: AM15.3, AM115, AM20.4, and AM170.

The main issue we see with this process is if multiple users are using AC169, AC160, AM115 and AM170 this could post assets when they are not ready i.e. in service date not updated, prior depreciation, etc.

With this said, is there a way we can prevent this from occurring to allow multiple users to create assets at once? This would greatly increase our efficiency if possible.

Any help would be appreciated!

You can specify specific activities on the AC side of things and on the AM115 and then specify a creator ID on the AM170. It's a bit tedious to have to edit the job parameters rather than run wide open each time but it should meet your needs. Alternatively trigger a ProcessFlow to build/run the jobs assuming the parameters are easily determined so the users do the data entry piece and then automate the push to AM and release.
