Currently, we are in the process of moving to 9.0 environment only. We use ESS for our benefits enrollment process. When testing benefit enrollment , the process goes well until "keep these benefits" is selected as the final step. At that point, we get the error message "Value not in list: A." Has anyone else ever gotten this error message and, if so, what was the solution? Thank you.
