Education (PA20) and Certification (PA22) History?

Does anyone know if there is a way to keep history on PA20 and PA22? We recently had a question on who entered an education degree on an employee, and unfortunately, I cannot see who entered that degree on PA20. Any suggestions?

The data is stored in the EMPCODES table and there is a user id, date/time stamp in that table. The information does not seem to appear in any drill around or reporting... but if you can access the table you should be able to get the information you are looking for.
