Does anyone know how to pull a copy of the org chart out of Lawson? We have over 5000 employees if that helps. I would like to have it in PDF but would take anything at this point.

Thanks.

Have you tried the Lawson org chart page that comes with Employee/Manager self service?  It's not great (and certainly not printable), but it might satisfy your needs.

Another option is Crystal Reports...Here's a sample hierarchy report (not really a graphical org chart) I developed that uses indentation to show hierarchy:

Finally, there is the "gold standard", which is Org Publisher...you can hook it up directly to the database.

Hi, Org charts can definitely get tricky, especially when you're working across multiple systems. If you're just trying to visualize the structure more clearly, using a drag-and-drop tool might make it easier to sort things out and share with others. I’ve used Creately - an Organizational Chart Maker  — it’s decent for quickly mapping out teams and roles without getting too technical.

Happy to help if you need tips on laying it out more cleanly or choosing a tool that fits your setup.
