HR Employee Purge Process

    I need to purge an employee  inactive record so that I can load the active record from a new acquisition.  Because the inactive record was from a contractor status, the company wants to remove it and bring in the new (payroll record) like the inactive never existied.  I thought Lawson had a purge process in Infor KB, but I can't find it to run the 3 programs.  I thought one was for history, one for pa history and then the Hr125?  Thanks!

      Maria... PA115 can be used to remove employee data, however you need to make sure there are no records tied to the employee, pending actions, benefits etc. Additionally if they have pay history within the current PR year (use to be 18 months) will not be deleted.
