Anyone have the latest IPA install guide  Infor Extreme is useless for finding documentation. I'm really looking for the list of Infor provided IPA flows and their descriptions.  I'm thinking I've seen them in the install guide.

We had a custom approval flow created for our RQC approvals.  Users typically click a link in a notification email that launches the S3 Portal application for them to view their inbasket.  After approving a requisition, occasionally the screen will revert to the users task list and what they call 'nonsensical' data.  They are unable to easily get back to their inbasket to approve additional requisitions and is causing some confusion.  Has anyone else had this occur  Trying to determine if there...

I am new to IPA and javascripting but so I was wondering if anyone can help me on how to create a fixed length field for use in an Assign node.  I have a field that can vary in length that I need to include it in a flat file interface I have been able to use 'addTrailingSpaces' but this wont work when the data in the field are different lengths.  Probably an easy solution but I cant seem to find anything that works...Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide!

Whenever I attempt to configure an M3 Transaction node in the Process Designer application, I am given an error upon clicking 'Build' in the properties pane.    After clicking OK the M3 Program Query Wizard does launch, but there are no M3 programs/transactions available to choose from. The program should have a list of available APIs, and when selected the available transactions for the selected program should populate.  Here is the console

New to creating ProcessFlows. I created a flow that has three queries, the result of which I can use MsgBuilder and an Email node to send the results via e-mail. I am trying to figure out how to send the results to a csv file. I have tried using the file access node 'write to file' but my results come back on one line. We have an approval process sending duplicate email notifications to all users through the User Action node.  We checked the User Configuration and confirmed the users are not duplicated in there.  Any ideas on how to stop/prevent this   Thanks!

I have a need to schedule a IPA flow to run every 15 minutes. Simple flow that checks for some condition and does an AGS call to a GL Screen to change status, Most of the time it will just kick off, find condition not met and end. The sysadmin is concerned that just running it 96 times daily and the WU's created and other overheads will bring the landmark server to its knees. V10. When a user with their ID goes into Infor MyHR, she sees someone else's name and information and that person has a completely different ID. I am using a LwsnTxn and WebRun node for a PR295 job. I then reference the bldxffiles utility to convert the PR295.prt to a csv file. The csv is not being created because the .prop and .grp files are not being generated neither from the job or the utility. I am using process flow to build a fixed field .txt file.  Several of the fields require a specific number of spaces because no value is being passed.  In SQL it is quite easy to use space(10) for a field with 10 spaces.  How can I do this in an Assign node maybe with javascript  I have tried the addtrailingspaces(' ', 10  but the spaces appear as 202020...  instead of true spaces.  Using '      ' is out of the question because the header and trailer require over 2,000 spaces each.
