Below is a summary of the support and expertise I have provided to clients in this role. 11//11/2012 - 9/28/2018 served as the Team lead for the Lawson support group for a multi-hospital university health system. Accomplishments during this engagement include: successfully re-engineered the system configuration for stability and migrated the procurement setup to best practice model. Re-implemented Lawson Business Intelligence and Mobile Supply Chain Management. The team was responsible for rebuilding security into a new sustainable model. Implemented AP invoice approval process and enhanced requisition approvals in PFI/IPA. Technical lead for the upgrade to version 10 including updated EDI process. Implemented Email approvals with HTML5 in IPA, Supported the migration of the primary hospital entities to a new chart of accounts compliant with OSHPD. Created several customized forms to enhance separation of duties as well as utilize updated functionality. Managed all technical aspects of the client's environment to ensure day to day up-time. Currently planning database migration to SQL AlwaysOn for high availability of the databases. 

8/1/2012 – 10/12/2012, Updated an existing client's Open Enrollment system for 2013 period. Completed customized logic for plan compatibility (Medical to HSA/FSA) plans etc. for an existing client. Completed customizations to make date statements dynamic based on the current year to avoid year to year requirement for re-customizing the system. I had repeat engagements for this client in 2015 to update for version 10 and 2017 to update for new insurers and plans 

3/24/10 – 8/22/2012, Served as Team Lead for Clinical system to Lawson interface development (Lawson 4GL/COBOL) for a specialty pharmacy organiztion. Completed Travel and Expense interface from third party product into Lawson AP and GL interface testing and implementation for Lawson MediAR product. Provided upgrade services for LSF 9.0.1, WebSphere 7, IHS, Portal and BCI. Daily work also includes assisting with Horizontal Scaling implementation planning, business analysis, problem resolution and planning for updated EDI/MSP implementation. 

8/10/11 – 11/25/2011, Update Open enrollment application modifications for existing client. Upgrade environment and applications to support Open Enrollment and ESS implementation at a second existing client and completed significant necessary modifications to the product to support the client’s unique functionality requirements for 2011 Open Enrollment event. Had repeat engagements to make changes as required in 2013-17.
