Baylor Scott & White is in the process of expanding Lawson to our Central region and to deal with multiple domains which have unique network authentication protocols we will attempt to utilize VDS.  My questions:  Does anyone have experience with this product and if so could you offer some insight as to how you implement

Does anybody have server/specs requirements for MSCM server that would be willing to share I contacted Lawson and they can't give us any requirements, they don't support it. I looked in the installation guide and all they have is Windows Server 2008 R2.

Lawson Friends, I am looking to get a copy of LID 9.0.1.4 (best case)  or LID 9.0.1.2 or LID 9.0.1.3.  Does anyone have one of these .  I am getting constant exception errors and a noted case on this site mentioned that this version may resolve the issues. Hello, I am experiencing some intermittent Logon issues in our Production and Test environments.   When you logon it will spin and then blank out the username and password fields after about 30 seconds.  This goes on for about 10-15 minutes then clears up for a period of time and comes back.  This happens in both our Test and Production environments.  We have bounced both application servers and DB server with no luck.  The only think that has changed in the past 2 week...

The server team will be adding CPU’s and will need to shut down the machine. We have contractors in Lawson who have no reason to have a Lawson user ID. We are in the midst of implementing CertPoint (Infor) LMS and it appears as if they have to be in LDAP in order to pulled in the integration. We want them to be brought over through the integration but they will not have any access to Lawson forms. Has anyone done this What did you do What type of security in LSA did you create/assign I appreciate any help/advice you can give. This is all very new to us. Thanks.

According to the support matrix Oracle 12c is supported on AIX 7.1 and LSF 10.0.6.  After installing LSF 10.0.6 the only database driver loaded was for Oracle 11.  The Oracle database driver files are there for 12 and the LSF has selections for Oracle 12 but the driver files are pretty much empty.   They are only 6276 bytes when they should be in the MB range.  Should I select the Oracle 11 drivers to communicate with the Oracle 12c database  IE Set LAWGATENAME = o...

We have an interface that needs to create a fixed record length of 6000.  The workdef is defined as tape with a record length of 6000.  When the record is written, the record length is truncated where the last byte of data is found, which is around 4000 short of the required 6000 length required.  If I put a '.' in byte 6000, the record length is fine but the receiving vendor cannot accept the file.  I am trying to use the cnvtape utility to force the record length but the fi...
