ESS Error

    I was not sure whether to add this to the ongoing ESS out to WWW thread or start a new one, so I started a new one.

    I am most of the way with publishing the ESS site, but still have one sticky point that I have not found a way around, and that is the following error that pops up which I have attached.

    I am doing multiple things here. I have a Cisco SSL VPN solution that is the login front-end, then I am trying to use either an ISA 2006 firewall or a Netscaler box for the web app security. So the process should be login to the Cisco box (SSL VPN), click on link which pulls through either the ISA or Netscaler the ESS Page.

    The ESS page by itself works just fine. All smoketests for portal etc work fine.

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

          Depending on your version of ISA - There have been known issues with Forms based authentication. We ran into a similar problem ISA had to be 'patched' and reconfigured. We weren't getting this exact error, but forms wouldn't load, time outs, and security violations. Once ISA had been corrected, the portal worked as designed.

            Do you have specifics as to what patches and tweaks you had to do? I have patched for FBA, but did not correct it.
