Custom Portal pages folder - rebuild

I would like Portal to recongize custom Portal forms in /lawson/content/portal/pages folder, so I can run the command " Set Custom Form PDL".

My 'Rebuild Custom Forms Index' command in Portal shows only /lawson/content/portal/forms and it's greyed out so I cannot change it.

My security is open on RD30 for Logan...

So anyone know how to do this?
