Error with print manager

recently got windows 7, now print manager won't load. get an error when going to that screen

Is it Windows 7 or an update to IE that is causing your difficulty. If I remember correctly, IE9 isn't supported until 9.0.1.9
I think some people on this forum have been able to make it work in compatibility mode, though. Right folks?

I'm on Windows 7 Pro, and have not had any issues whatsoever.

I do remember in the ye-olden-days you had to install some MSXML update, but I doubt that's the issue today. Do try compatibility mode.

Also add ?_DEBUG=TRUE to your initial URL and it should pop up a debug window. Then try the error screen and see if the trace/debug window sheds any light on it
