Yes.. its possible. A little difficult to get at though. Would it not be easier to email them the reports if they have email access?
You can set up a schedule and automatically email the reports out to specific users.

Do they have access to any Dashboards. You could add a module to that dashboard, give only them rights to view basically consolidating that into something you already have built.

If you want to do this, go to the published report in Report Admin
Click on View w/Data Refresh
This should open up a new window and you can get the basics for the link from there... Something like:
http://lbiserver:/ers/ersRequestHandler.jsp?CMD=VIEW&REPORTID=&INSTANCEID=0&REFRESH=true&OuterWrapper=true&ACCESS=All&ACCESSTYPE=role&EFSSESSIONKEY=&NewReport=true
It may take some doing to get an authorized EFSSESSIONKEY, and etc, but this may get you started.

This is what I did and it works.

Added a bookmark in the portal and put this as the URL

http://MYLBISEVERNAME:908...fsid=RS:RS-Reporting Services:499

where 499 is the report id
