TA70.1 - Plan Adjustments

Use TA70.1 (Plan Adjustments) to adjust either accrual or eligible balances
for employees in the selected plan. You can also create beginning balances for
employees in the selected plan.

You can display and edit adjustments until you run TA199 (Time Accrual Close).

Updated Files

    EMTAMASTR  - The Employee Time Accrual Account Master file is used to
                 ensure that the employee is enrolled in the plan. Updates last
                 sequence number on update.

    EMTATRANS  - Transactions created on the Emp Time Accrual Transactions file
                 for each adjustment.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file indicates whether TA170
                 (Time Accrual Update) should be run when employee plans have
                 been adjusted.


Referenced Files

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to retrieve employee names and to
                 check security routines.

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file determines field level
                 security by company.

    PLANMASTER - The Time Accrual Plan file contains information about time
                 accrual plans.


TA70.2 - Employee Plan Adjustments

Use TA70.2 (Employee Plan Adjustments) to adjust accrual or eligible balances
in multiple plans for the selected employee.

You can display and edit adjustments until you run TA199 (Time Accrual Close).
