AM16.1 - System Options
**Form purpose
Use System Options (AM16.1) to set up default options for processing assets.
**Decision/impact
Use caution in selecting N (No) for the Display Journal Entries field. This
option lets you sends the journal entries directly to General Ledger without
displaying them for verification and confirmation. This field affects journal
entries for additions, adjustments, transfers, and disposals.

These options can be changed at any time. The Hold Code Default, System Item
Numbering, and Populate Depreciation Expense Activity options can also be
overridden for specific assets.
