GL16.1 - Summary Account Attributes
Use GL16.1 (Summary Account Attributes) to assign attribute values to a
summary account. Only user-defined attributes defined for the Accounting Unit
(ACCTU) object type in MX00.1 (Attributes) display.
Attributes assigned to the summary account default to each detail account. You
can override the attributes for each detal account using the Att button in
GL00.3 (Detail Accounts).
You can assign a template to the summary account. The template is a group of
attribute values for an object type. You can use a template to quickly and
consistently assign attribute values. The template is defined in MX05.1
(Attribute Template).
Choose the By Attribute button to open GL16.3 (Summary Account Values by
Attribute). Use this subform to assign attribute values from a user-defined
attribute to summary accounts.

GL16.2 - Detail Account Attributes
Use GL16.2 (Detail Account Attributes) to assign attribute values to a detail
account. Only user-defined attributes defined for the Account (ACCNT) object
type in MX00.1 (Attributes) display.
Attributes assigned to the summary account default to each detail account. You
can override the attributes for each detail account using this subform.
You can assign a template to the detail account. The template is a group of
attribute values for an object type. You can use a template to quickly and
consistently assign attribute values. The template is defined in MX05.1
(Attribute Template).
Choose the By Attribute button to open GL16.4 (Detail Account Values by
Attribute). Use this subform to assign attribute values from a user-defined
attribute to detail accounts.

Use GL16.3 (Summary Account Values by Attribute) to assign attribute values
from a user-defined attribute to multiple summary accounts within the chart.
You can only select user-defined attributes values for the Accounting Unit
(ACCTU) object type attributes defined in MX00.1 (Attributes).
Unlike GL16.1 (Summary Account Attributes), all summary accounts for a chart
display and you can include attribute values from only one attribute.

GL16.4 - Detail Account Values by Attributes
Use GL16.4 (Detail Account Values by Attribute) to assign attribute values
from a user-defined attribute to multiple detail accounts within the chart.
You can only select user-defined attributes values for the Account
(ACCNT) object type attributes defined in MX00.1 (Attributes).
Unlike GL16.2 (Detail Account Attributes), all detail accounts for a chart
display and you can include attribute values from only one attribute.
