PA04.2 - Alpha Fields
Use the Alpha Fields subform to define and maintain user fields that have
alphanumeric values. User fields are fields that you define, letting you track
information beyond system-defined fields.
You can track a total of 99 user fields related to positions. This is in
addition to the 99 user fields you can define for employees and applicants in
HR04 (HR Code Setup).
User fields are not company specific. Codes must be established only once and
can be used for all companies.

Use the Alpha Field Values subform to define values for an alphanumeric user
field. When you are on the user field, you can see the values you define on
this subform by pressing Select.
Access this subform by selecting the Values button in the Alphanumeric Fields
subform of PA04 (User Field Setup).
