**Form Purpose
Run Health and Safety Incident Purge (PA372) to remove incident records.
Warning This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program,
back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before you
submit the report, carefully review the parameters.
**Troubleshooting
You can reload the CSV using PA590 (Health, Safety Incident Conversion).
Comments, however, cannot be reloaded. To reload the CSV, delete the employee
name field, which is not used for PA590.
