PR296 - New Hire Reporting
Run New Hire Reporting (PR296) to create and submit reports of new hires to
comply with the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act of 1996.
The system creates a file for magnetic media or electronic reporting
according to the state requirements.
The Payroll system creates the output file in a diskette format for states
that allow either diskette or tape as a magnetic media option.
PR296 creates an output filed called NEWHIRE. After you run PR296, you need
to transfer the file to the appropriate medium.
