**Form Purpose
Use Item Budget Mass Entry (SA04.2) to enter forecast budget data for any or
all periods (per quarter) that were defined on SA00.2 (Periods).
**More Information
Quarter mass entry is available for 13 periods and over. Period and year
mass entry are available for under 13 periods.
