Investigating ways to deliver a report via LBI to a select group of managers within our IT department based on their direct reports...

Problem is, this is not a Lawson report, it is coming from our Help Desk application database. The database contains employee names.

We've hard-coded the names and got a report that works, but it is all manual now as we have to go in and select the manager, run the report, export to pdf, and repeat for the next manager.

Can I just build a right in LBI and say for example: name1|name2|name3|name4 all report to manager1 and eliminate the prompt so the report can be scheduled, and emailed?

Thanks in advance,
-Greg

Solved. It must have just been me having to ask the question here that got me thinking on the correct path. I did just exactly what I proposed. name1|name2|name3|name4 attached to a manager and modified the report to not have the hard-coding or prompt.

Thanks all!
