LBI Uploading RIGHTS using CSV file --- Description is not uploadable?

I checked the CSV file format specs to upload rights, it doesn't have one for "Description".
Does anyone have any idea?

Attached are my instructions for uploading LBI rights. You can upload the desciption field.:)

JeanneS, I dont see a heading with "description" int that file.

Sorry, there is not a description on my file. We use the Right Name as the description which defaults into the description if you leave it blank.
