Lawson/EPIC third party supply charging

We currently have Lawson as our materials app and Epic for clinical app.  Right now we are using stickers to show nursing what items are patient chargable and what are not.  We have had issues with nursing not pulling the stickers off the product and putting them on the patient chart to be charged to the patient.  We are trying to identify a program that we could use to do the supply charging by scanning a bar code, etc.  Does anyone out there have such a product?  We have looked at pixus, etc but way too expensive.
